Supermarket Art Fair is an artist-run fair in Stockholm and they asked if we wanted to contribute to their annual magazine so we did:) The theme of the 2024 fair was "Dream on" & we made a mini-issue of our gossip magazine "SWEDISH GIRLS!" inside their magazine together with our long-time collaborator/moderator/tech guru/brother from another mother Kourosh Hekmatara.

We also installed "Stuck With Swedish Girls" in the entrance of the fair where the visitors could sit down and read the magazine.

We went on tour for our third design week in Milan;)

A big part of our everyday life is to draw projects that are never realized. “Another Fountain” was one of them – we initially created the concept and designed it for a public garden in Stockholm but the project never happened. Along came an invitation from Scopes, a cultural festival by Porsche. Their concept travels to different cities around the world and highlights local artists, funds the projects and invites the public for free. The venue was Värmeverket, an old heating central turned cultural center in Bredäng outside of Stockholm. They asked us if we “had a project in our drawer that we’ve wanted to do but couldn’t realize” and indeed we did. “Another Fountain” was perfect for the occasion and we placed it on the dance floor (remember how our first project “Seats” was initially designed for the club?? Full circle moment:)). It was so cool to see people dancing, climbing and making out on it<3

This installation has since then been traveling and exhibited in Stockholm Furniture Fair 2024 and Alcova Milano 2024.

Since everyone in the entire world already loves Swedish Girls it was about time to organize a meet-and-greet and it happened at Digitaliseum in Malmö 2023.
